You have 14 days from date of order for a full refund or 28 days for an exchange.
Items must be returned unworn, with the original receipt and original packaging.
In the event of an exchange the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs (unless faulty).
We cannot accept returns that have been worn or damaged.
Once your items have been received your refund will be processed ASAP, however please allow a maximum of 7-10 working days.
Please note we do not offer a refund on sale, promotional items or items purchased with a discount code (exchange or credit only) & we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on socks or tights for hygienic purposes.
No return or exchange on sale items that are 70% off or more. Exchange only on other sale items.
It is the your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in the conditions stated above. The customer must arrange and pay for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in the post or do not reach us. We strongly advise that you send your return tracked or signed for.
