Pricing & Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed by HSBC’s Secure ePayments Card Processing or Paypal. See our security section for more information on credit/debit card processing. Goods will be despatched on cleared payments according to our delivery schedule. Please note due to a number of fraudulent problems we no longer accept American Express for online or telephone orders.
Actual product prices are £ GBP Sterling and purchases made are in £ GBP Sterling. Our Euro and Dollar currency converter is for guidance only and the exchange rate is updated weekly.
You will be charged the price displayed on our website on the date of your order. This price will be inclusive of VAT @ 20% where applicable. A VAT invoice can be provided on request.
All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correctly displayed, however occasionally an error may occur. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we would contact you with the amended price and ask you if you wish to continue with the purchase or receive a full refund.
Any discounts offered are based on previously advertised, non-discounted prices that were available for consumers to buy for at least 28 consecutive days in the previous 6 months via the website.
Please be advised that orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. 'all things cute' is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
Please note that for your first order delivery will be made to the invoice address, even if an alternative delivery address is provided. This policy is to help prevent credit card fraud.
UK delivery is £4.95 per order.
International delivery starts at £8.95 to EC countries and £14.95 for the rest of the world. This charge is based on an average clothing order weighing no more than 600g when packed and the order fitting within Air Mail Small Packet dimensions. As some of our stock items are large and heavy we do have to occasionally charge more for International delivery. In the event of us needing to charge additional delivery costs we will contact you by email detailing the cost and with a link for you to pay the additional fee. If at this point you wish to cancel the order please respond to the email instructing us to cancel and we will fully refund you.
If your country is not on our list please contact us and we will happily quote a delivery cost for you. USA and Canada. Unfortunately due to escalating liability insurance we are unable to supply any customer with an invoice or delivery address within the USA and Canada.
UK - In stock items are usually despatched within two working days assuming your card payment has been authorised. Please note we are closed on Mondays so weekend orders are despatched on a Tuesday. Where your order comprises items described as pre-order your entire order is held until the pre-order stock is available for delivery. All orders require a signature on receipt. UK orders are sent first class recorded, next day special or courier delivery.* Please inform us should your parcel not arrive within 5 working days of ordering and we will track it for you.
If you require an urgent UK next day delivery please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Next day delivery costs from £7.95 depending on the size and weight of your order.
* When the postal/delivery service are very busy during the Christmas period or during/after industrial action orders may be slightly delayed. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during such periods.
Overseas - In stock items are usually despatched within two working days assuming your card payment has been authorised and any additional delivery costs that may be required have been paid for. Please note we are closed on Mondays so weekend orders a usually despatched on Tuesday. Where your order comprises items described as pre-order your entire order is held until the pre-order stock is available for delivery. Orders are sent airmail with Royal Mail or Courier and require a signature on receipt. Most deliveries are made within one to two weeks but this does depend on the country of destination.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be processed and delivery made within the above timescale we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable to you.
Should any order be returned to 'all things cute' due to you being unavailable to receive it the order will not be despatched again until further payment for additional delivery costs has been received by us. We will contact you in the event of this happening.
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their 'all things cute' purchases and therefore if you have any problems with your purchase we will be pleased to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
To receive a refund please return the item(s) to us unworn/unused in its original packing with product tags attached within 14 days of receipt. The full price of the item will be refunded less the delivery costs. Please fill in the returns section on your delivery note and include this in the package. * For sale items we can only offer an exchange rather than refund.

*Return postage costs are at your expense. 'all things cute' cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items insured and recorded delivery. We will not charge you additional delivery costs for your exchanged product(s).
This does not affect your statutory rights or your right to cancel your entire order under the distance selling regulations. See your right to cancel below.
Where a promotion is offered by email or on the web site itself the promotion code must be entered into your shopping bag or given on the telephone for a telephone order. All promotions are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn at anytime. Promotions are only valid until the date specified in the promotion email or as displayed on the web site. Only one promotion can be claimed at any time and not used in conjunction with any other discount. Where a refund or exchange is made on an item purchased with a promotional discount the price refunded or used for exchange will be the current selling price less the promotional amount claimed at the time of ordering.
Calculating promotions where money off not % discount. Where a promotion is a fixed amount of money off an order the discount is calculated as an equivalent % off the order. In the event of a single item of that order that is applicable to the promotion being returned the refund or exchange amount for that item will be equal to the selling price less the equivalent % discount. So for example £25 off when spending £100 or more on Marese would equal 25% off a Marese order of £100 or 12.5% of a Marese order of £150. If a single item from that promotion is returned in this example 25% or 12.5% would be deducted from the selling price to give the actual price paid. If non promotional items are purchased within the same order these items are not included in the total sum of the order when the discount is calculated. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries where refunds on promotional orders are concerned.
Special Orders Including MaisyMay Orders
Where an article is ordered in especially for you i.e. it is out of stock on www.allthingscute.co.uk or it is not a stocked item then please note we cannot offer an exchange or refund on these orders. We are often charged expensive delivery costs by the supplier for sending one off orders like this and where possible we will absorb these costs or share them with the customer but at times we will ask the customer to contribute. We will inform you of these costs at the time of confirming the order.
MaisyMay items are made to order and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. A comprehensive size guide is shown with each product but if you have any queries please contact us before ordering.
Sizes and measurements are approximate and vary between designers. We have provided size guidance charts to help you with your purchase. Please check carefully before selecting your size but we are very happy to refund or exchange, see our policy above.
The reproduction of products and colour on our website is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow, and may also be viewed differently depending on the type of monitor used by you to view our website.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from 'all things cute' shall be governed by English law but jurisdiction can be in the country of the consumer, in all such matters. 'all things cute' accepts no liability for any incident arising from the goods supplied by 'all things cute'. All goods are manufactured and licensed to our suppliers and any such claim should be directed to them.
'all things cute' reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
i. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
ii. loss or damage was not caused by any breach on our part;

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer miss-handling the items.

When you register your details with us, we may from time to time use them to advise you of special offers or promotions via email. Please advise us if you do not wish this to happen.

Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 7 working days of placing or receipt of your order. In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email to email@example.com or by letter to all things cute, The Barn, Station Road, Quorn, Leicestershire LE12 8BS quoting your name and order number. If your order has been despatched you must return the product(s) unworn/unused in their original packing with product tags attached. We will reimburse the full order value where items have not been despatched within 3 working days of receiving your cancellation instruction. Where goods have been despatched we will reimburse within 3 working days of receiving the returned product(s). Return postage costs are at your expense and we recommend you send the products by insured and recorded delivery. 'all things cute' cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be changed without prior warning and therefore even if you have shopped with us previously please be sure to reacquaint yourself with the current terms and conditions prior to ordering.
